How can you apply the concepts of academic writing to your own writing? When your writing an essay or anything you don’t know all the writing concepts because i’m in 9th grade and i haven’t been taught much. if i use a different writing response then i’m supposed to i might get a bad grade, for example i used some steps but i didn’t use all of them. During academic writing you are taught a different concept and it will be better then some concepts you use in middle school or when you were younger. When you apply the concepts of academic writing to your own writing will be a very good pro and will affect you in the future 

1.  The food and their culture/ religion were reflected in their beliefs. When you believe in something and when you have different culture and food than others, you will think differently. 2. A similarity " Initially, it seems that the Ancient Greeks believed that all souls, regardless of how exemplary or dishonorable their earthly lives might have been, ended up in the same place after death." (The Underworld) they believed that if your bad or good you will be treated the same after death. 3. It is described as an elaborate process because of it's short and not that complicated, it's literally hemes taking a soul after death to the underworld. 4. The hero needs to visit the underworld so they see what its like for the bad guys, where they go and that makes the hero know that he/she did a good job. also because if anybody they know is bad they get a glimpse of what happens to there loved one or close friends.
